Some guy actually tried that with my stepdad. He called the police to sort it out and when they were about to be finished, this guy stepped in front of another vehicle. Right in front of the eyes of the Five 0! Fortunately no damage on the car as the guy was a coward and didn't dare to really jump on the hood.
